OLD: second [video/action for Cherrygrove]; backdated to 8/11
[Four days, and Ziva hadn't yet woken up to the dark, stuffy, nearly unbearably hot room that she'd spent the last month in.
She'd finally allowed herself to believe she might be safe--that this might be real.
Of course, just because she'd been suspicious of her circumstances didn't mean she was going to ignore them entirely--Ari was far too aggressive to be left untrained, and if she could handle his human namesake, she could certainly train a dog. By the time the two of them arrived in Cherrygrove, the Houndour was keeping to glares instead of growls. Better. She could deal with that.
She turns on the video feed for one simple reason--she doesn't know if Abby is there, and this seems to be the easiest way to find her. She's still a mess--there's no hairbrush or elastics to be found in Mom's bag so she'd had to make the best of it, and no water between the towns to bathe in. But she's wearing cleaner clothes at least, the trainer outfit she'd found in her bag might be weird and she's pretty sure if Tony were around she'd never hear the end of it--but they're clean and whole.]
Abby, Gus. I am in Cherrygrove.
[Waiting outside the Pokemon Center at that, Ari curled up at her feet and staring at anyone who gets too close, and her Hoothoot Lilit perched on one shoulder.]

Action!
Gibbs is the best. At everything. He is Abby's number one. So there.
And now she's plopping down because she's happy Ziva is doing what she's told. No matter how Ziva happens to be treating the situation.]
You can travel with Gus and I. You'll like Gus. He's a cutie. And my boyfriend. But be nice to him. [Pointed look.]
Action!
I am nice to everyone. Unless they do something to warrant me not being so.
[She gives warnings! And deliberately misses when she throws projectiles that could take someone's eye out! ...unless she means to but you've done something to deserve it then.]
Action!
Ziva.
[Pouty face.]
Action!
Abby.
[Two can play that game.]
Action!
Pretty please?
Re: Action!
I will be nice. Though dealing with me would be excellent practice for him. For when Gibbs arrives.
[That's right, when, not if.]
Action!
Ooooooh. Good point. Go all out.
Action!
She'll nibble on that sandwich now.]
Action!
Action!
Action!
[It's her sadistic side coming out. It only shows its face in these moments.]
Action!
Action!
Action!
And you are full of flattery.

[She's willing to bet her particular skill set won't be what they're looking for...]
Action!
But my Pokemon get to be with me all the time and they help out. And I watch over Shawn a lot too.
Action!
...I have never worked outside Mossad or NCIS.
[This could get awkward.]
Action!
[Though she has no idea what that would be.]
Action!
She's eaten about half the sandwich by now, and puts the rest down--she can't eat much more than that.]
I just hope that I can manage it.
[Y'know. Without flipping out like a ninja on someone.]
Action!
Of course you can! Because you'll have me there to help you.
Action!
And I am grateful.
Action!
See? It won't be that bad.
