Ziva's starter when she arrived in Johto for the second time, Ziva named him for her father due to his species (Deciever Pokemon) and his nature, which is rather serious and determined. In short, the creature reminded her of the best aspects of her father. Luckily, he seems to have few of the worst ones. After a small hiccup with being unable to attack most of the Pokemon they encountered in the beginning routes, Eli caught up quickly once he was taught Return thanks to Albert.

Ziva encountered Jenny after many days on Route 29, and was honestly surprised that Eli was able to attack her. After some time getting to know the little lion, Ziva decided to name her after her late friend and Director of NCIS, Jenny Shepard. She's done the name proud ever since. Jenny evolved for the last time outside Saffron City, at level 32.

Also encountered on Route 29, a victim of Eli's excitement and desire to show off. Oops. Jimmy likes to slime people's feet and tell bad jokes that no one else understands, even if they do speak Pokemon. The name was obvious, really. Despite his insecurity ~~Eli beating the shit out of him upon first meeting totally didn't help that~~, Ziva's pretty sure he has the hidden capability to be a badass, so she pushes him as hard as his namesake, but it's all in love really. He evolved at level 31.

Encountered when Ziva was suddenly dropped in Ilex Forest after the Fourth Wall event in November. Despite the nature of his species (not to mention his ability), Malachi is far more gentle and calm than anything, which reminded Ziva of an old Mossad partner. Moreso the calm part than the gentle. He is also very determined and protective of Ziva, in his own way. That is, somewhat aloof but if you mess with her he'll probably try to bite you. Overall, she likes this Malachi much better. Malachi evolved into Whirlipede at level 22, and Scolipede at 30.

Sweet and insecure, Laila takes some time to get used to new people--but once she does, she loves being around them. She tended to try and hide in Ziva's hair when she was a Hoothoot, but since evolving made her far too large to do so, and settled for preening it instead. Despite being shy, in battle she's a bit of a raging banshee. She was passed to Hiccup when Ziva left Johto the first time, but Hiccup gave her back when they met again.

Met on Route 34, Abby is a Growlithe of cheerful and loving nature--it was only fitting that Ziva name her after Abby. She's fiercely protective, but always eager to meet new people and happy to play. She's also incredibly intelligent and quickly masters new tricks. She doesn't really like to fight, though, but will if she's pressed. Ziva doesn't push her nearly as hard as the rest of her team and is content to let the puppy set its own pace for growth. She's not overly fond of Malachi, and since he evolved she pushes herself harder to catch up to him. She also dotes on Jethro and the two of them are practically inseparable.

Ziva's Christmas 2012 egg, hatched January 3rd. Shy, very attached to Ziva. After researching what she'd evolve into, Ziva gave her the name of her little sister--and assured her that she'd grow into it. She's driven to evolve because she wishes to be able to fly, and therefore pushes herself hard, even if she doesn't particularly like to fight. She finally got a pair of wings when she evolved to Vibrava at level 35, outside Saffron City, and gained her final evolution at level 45.
